HighLevel System Diagnostic

You have HighLevel set up. You just don't know if it's doing what you think it is.

Maybe you built it yourself. Maybe you followed tutorials, imported a snapshot, or paid someone else to set it up.

Your forms submit. Your calendar takes bookings. Your workflows say they're active.

But when a real lead comes in, can you confidently say where they go next? If the answer is "I think so," that's exactly what this diagnostic is for.

Your HighLevel account shouldn't be something you're afraid to touch.

You got HighLevel because you wanted a system that could take work off your plate.

Instead, you might have forms, funnels, calendars, tags, pipelines, and workflows sitting inside your account without a clear picture of how they all connect.

A lead fills out a form. Did they enter the right pipeline?

Someone books a call. Did the confirmation and reminders go out?

You imported a snapshot months ago. Which pieces are you still using, and which ones are quietly interfering with what you've built since?

When you don't know, every new lead comes with the same question:

Did my system handle that properly, or do I need to check it myself?

That's what we're going to clear up.

Having HighLevel set up doesn't mean you have a working client system.

A setup can look completely fine when you're clicking around inside the account. The problems show up when you follow the path a real person takes.

It looks like it's working

  • The form submits
  • The calendar accepts bookings
  • The workflow shows active
  • The funnel is published

Then you follow the lead

  • The opportunity was never created
  • The reminder didn't go out
  • The wrong workflow fired
  • The lead reached a dead end
  • Two automations did the same thing

One disconnected step is enough to leave a lead sitting there while you assume the system has it covered.

What I inspect

I'll follow the path your leads are supposed to take.

The diagnostic isn't a list of everything sitting inside your account. I look at how the pieces work together, because a form that works on its own isn't much help if the lead goes nowhere afterward.

Forms

Where each form sends the lead after they submit, and whether the next step happens as expected.

Surveys

Whether responses send people down the intended path without leaving them at a dead end.

Pipelines

Whether your stages reflect the way leads actually move through your sales process, so you can see who's where.

Opportunities

Whether leads are becoming trackable opportunities instead of disappearing into your contacts.

Calendars

What happens before and after someone books, including confirmations, reminders, and no-show follow-up.

Workflows

Whether they start when they're supposed to, follow the intended path, and avoid unnecessary overlap.

Tags

How tags are being used to organize and segment your leads.

Triggers

Whether the events that are supposed to start your automations are connected properly.

Reminders

Whether your booked leads receive the confirmations and nudges you've set up for them.

Snapshot leftovers

Imported workflows, tags, and triggers that may have been duplicated, partially customized, or left behind.

What you receive

You won't get a vague "looks good" at the end.

A video walkthrough

I'll take you through your account screen by screen and show you what I found in plain language. You'll see what's working, where the gaps are, and which parts need attention.

No trying to decode a technical report on your own.

A written action plan

A prioritized report showing what's working, what's broken, what's missing, and what needs attention first. So when the review is finished, you have something concrete to work from.

Your account might need a few targeted fixes. It might need cleanup after months of DIY changes. Or the existing setup might make a rebuild the cleaner option. Either way, you'll know what you're dealing with before you spend more money changing it.

What's covered

What your $297 diagnostic covers

HighLevel System Diagnostic

What you get for $297

  • Review of 1 HighLevel sub-account
  • Up to 3 funnels and their connected workflows
  • Core pipelines and calendars
  • Full lead journey review
  • Written prioritized action plan
  • Video walkthrough
  • Delivery within 3 business days
  • No live call required
Have a larger account? If your setup goes beyond this scope, I'll let you know before I start and quote the deeper review separately.
What this is not. This isn't a live strategy call, an open-ended consulting session, or a service where I fix things during the review. The diagnostic is for inspection, clarity, and planning. If you want me to build, rebuild, or repair afterward, we scope that separately.
If you decide to move forward with a build, your $297 diagnostic fee is credited toward the project.
How it works

No call. No screen share. No explaining every workflow from memory.

01

Purchase your diagnostic

Complete the form and payment to reserve your review.

02

Share your access and details

You'll answer a few questions about your business, your offers, and where your leads come from, then provide the access I need to review the account.

03

I inspect the setup

I work through the account and follow the paths your leads are supposed to take. I check how the pieces connect, where things stop, and where the setup needs attention.

04

Get your video and action plan

Within 3 business days, you'll receive your video walkthrough and written action plan. You can watch it in your own time and refer back to it whenever you need.

05

Decide what happens next

Take the action plan and make the changes yourself, hand it to your team, or ask me to handle the work for you. If you move forward with a build, your $297 goes toward it.

Who this is for

This is for the "I think it's working" stage.

You don't need another tutorial. You don't need to keep opening workflows hoping you'll spot the problem. And you don't need to rebuild everything just because you're unsure about what you already have.

This is for you if

  • You built your HighLevel account yourself
  • You followed tutorials to get things running
  • You bought or imported a snapshot
  • Someone else built your account and handed it over
  • You're unsure whether leads are moving through it correctly
  • You're nervous about changing workflows because you don't know what else they affect
  • You're considering a rebuild but want clarity first

This isn't for you if

  • Your HighLevel account is brand new and empty
  • You're looking for live consulting
  • You want done-for-you implementation immediately
  • You need an emergency fix right now

Why have me look under the hood?

I've been building and troubleshooting HighLevel systems since 2021. I've worked inside accounts for coaches, agencies, local businesses, and service companies, and I've seen what happens when setups grow piece by piece.

A workflow gets added here. A snapshot brings in another one there. Someone changes a trigger. A new funnel gets connected. Months later, the account contains plenty of automation, but nobody is completely sure how it all works together.

Before HighLevel, I spent more than a decade supporting enterprise software used by 5-star hotels, resorts, and casinos around the world. That taught me to look beyond whether something appears to be switched on, and to check whether the pieces connect and do what they're supposed to when someone actually uses them.

Then I explain what I find in a way that makes sense.

You see what's happening inside your system, and you know what needs to happen next.

Common questions

Before you buy.

That's okay. You don't need to clean it up before I review it.

I'll look at the account as it stands and identify what's working, what's broken, what's missing, and what deserves your attention first. If it needs more than the standard diagnostic covers, I'll tell you before I go beyond the agreed scope.

That's one of the situations this diagnostic is built for.

I'll look at how the snapshot has been customized inside your account and check the pieces included in your scope. That surfaces leftover, duplicated, or disconnected parts that need attention.

You don't need to know whether you did it "right" first.

I'll review what you've built and show you where the system currently stands. You'll leave with a clear action plan instead of another list of tutorials to work through.

No. The diagnostic is delivered asynchronously.

You'll answer a few questions and provide account access. I'll complete the review and send your video walkthrough and written action plan within 3 business days.

Then you'll know that too.

The goal isn't to find reasons to rebuild your account. It's to give you a clear picture of what you're working with and flag anything that needs attention.
