Before you book.

Do I need to be on HighLevel already?
No. I can work with your existing account or set up a new one from scratch. Either way, we'll talk through what makes sense on the call.
How long does the build take?
Foundation is live in 5-7 business days. Full System takes 10-14 business days. Total Build runs 3-4 weeks depending on scope. You'll know your timeline before we start.
What if I'm not sure which package I need?
That's exactly what the strategy call is for. We'll talk through what you need, what you don't, and which package actually fits. No guessing.
What if I don't understand HighLevel?
You don't need to. I build everything, then record a walkthrough video showing you how your specific system works. Plain English, no tech jargon.
What happens after the build is done?
Foundation includes 4 days of post-launch support. Full System includes 7 days. Total Build includes 14 days. After that, I offer monthly maintenance plans if you want ongoing help.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Before the onboarding call (after deposit): full deposit refund. After the onboarding call but before the build starts: deposit minus a $150 onboarding fee, and you keep your journey map. Once the build is underway: deposit becomes non-refundable, but you receive everything completed up to that point. After delivery: the guarantee stack takes over — I fix anything that isn't working and walk you through anything you don't understand.
